UCI 1018.3 Course Index
This course covers full-stack MERN software development through the lens of Agentic AI. Learners master the same foundational skills as traditional MERN courses while progressing through three modes of AI collaboration: using AI as a Socratic Tutor to master fundamentals, as an Architect to plan system designs, and as an Agentic Builder to direct autonomous AI agents in writing, refactoring, and deploying code.
Each technical module below is an AI-Native module, a dedicated version of the standard module that carries the same lessons and assessments plus one graded AI lab. Lessons in these modules are shared with the standard module rather than copied, so any correction made to the standard curriculum appears here as well. Each module outline closes with a short note describing the AI lab it adds and, where it applies, the standard lab it replaces.
