Product Development Dashboard

This dashboard tracks every course and module through the development pipeline. Use it to see where things stand, what needs attention, and who’s responsible.

What you’ll find

  • Course and module status: which phase each item is in (Kickoff, Planning, Developing, QA, Implementation, Evaluation)
  • Ownership: who is the assigned developer, PM, or QA reviewer
  • QA status: submitted, in review, needs revision, or approved
  • Timeline: target dates and actual completion

How to use it

  • Use the view controls at the bottom of the frame to filter by status, assignee, or course
  • Sort by date to see what’s due next
  • Check the QA status column before submitting — if your module shows “Needs Revision,” address the feedback before resubmitting
When to check the dashboard

  • Before kickoff: confirm UCI and module list are entered
  • During development: update your module status as you progress through phases
  • Before QA submission: verify the module record exists and status is correct
  • After QA feedback: check reviewer comments and update status after revisions
  • At implementation: confirm all modules show “Approved” before instructor handoff
